So while changing my oil today, I noticed that my transmission is leaking. Not a lot but not a little either. After dropping the undercarriage cover I noticed fluid on many components. My truck only has 27000 miles on it and this is not acceptable. I dont drive hard at all and it stays on country roads. I'm scheduled for an appointment at the dealer on Tuesday? Anyone else had this happen yet?

Do a search here on this forum. There was an issue with eaerly production 2011 F150's. Issue was trans frt pump seal and gasket.

TSB 11-8-4

Deals with trucks with build date from April 15, 2011 to June 8, 2011

Just tell the dealership you have the leaking 2011 transmission and you need TSB 11-8-4 done. I did it in front of like 4 other customers at the service desk. They all said :

"Uhhhh, woah, woah, woah! Did you say 2011? Leaking tranny?"
"Ya, what the hell is he talking about???"
"2011 with a leaky tranny?????"
"Hey, is this something I should be concerned about too???!"

It was very entertaining, hahaha.

Yeah mine was leaking within a moth or two of buying it. Or at least that's when I noticed it. All fixed up now.
