What year truck is it? With a 6 inch lift for the following models:
The 1997-2003's can only fit 35x12.50s with at least 16x8 and 4-1/2" backspacing wheels.
The 2004-2008's can only fit 35x12.50s with at least a 17x9 and 4-5/8" backspacing wheels.
The 2009-Present models can fit 37x13.50's with at least 18" or larger wheels and at least 5-1/2" backspacing. The reason the 2009-Presents need at least an 18" wheel is because the stock 17's or 18's will not clear the new upper control arm or tie rod. Stock 20's will work, but factory width is an issue with a 13.50 wide tire. Always test fit your wheels before mounting tires on them to make sure they will clear the new lift components.
These all assume its also a 4WD...

What color truck?
And I love my nitto trail grappler, I also like the nitto mud grappler and the Toyo open country. To me the color of the truck depicts whether you get all chrome, chrome/black, or all black. the only thing is please don't get the XD rock star series I like everyone has them now or at least where I live.
4wheel parts has a great selection of both wheels and tires check them out.

Besides the color of your truck determining wheel choice (black/chrome/polished) look at your driving needs. To me at least (no offense beck4462) Nitto Trail Grapplers and Toyo's are the Rockstars of tires....everyone has them...but go with a tire YOU think looks good.
I went with Cooper Discoverer STT's because they're different, look bad ***, drive great for a mud terrain, not everyone has them, and they're made in the US. If you want to lean A/T's look at your BFG's, Coopers or Dick Cepek's

beck4462, when I bought my '95 F150 it had BFG A/T's on it and I absolutely loved those tires..no complaints at all, I actually gave them to my cousin so his K5 would pass inspection but they dry rotted before they ran outta tread. My only beef with BFG is I wish they offered their tires in more sizes (i.e. 35x12.50R17 vs. 315/70R17 etc)

But.... There are plenty of tires out there that can hold their own like Nitto... I live in GA so weather conditions really doesn't apply to my daily driving..

heres my setup. 6 inch fabtech + leveling kit. 37 inch nitto trail grappler (love the tire, tons of tread life, great off road and on road) 20x9 XD spy's. you might want to re-gear though, I did to 4.56's.
