Default 6 inch lift with 35's

Hey guys! New here and been getting tons of information on my 2009 F150 - I have search the forum and got mulpile answers fro my question here:

Just ordered 6 inch rough country lift to fit my 35's with 20inch rim -44 offset. Is a tuner needed for accurate speedo information? I here YES and NO - Either way I'm leaning toward getting one just for better shifts and to try and eliminate the downshift to 1st gear clunk that many complain about. I apologize in advanced if this has been answered already.

Thanks!

Speedo calibration and so your truck doesn't feel like a chump trying to turn 35s with being less aerodynamic on top of that.

Thanks SteveLord - I have the 3.73 gear ratio - which I read is enough to turn those 35's without to much stress on the transmission. As far as tuner I read on here that SCT is the way to go. Any recommendations?
