Yes imagine that. A twin turbo 5.0. It would make 550-600 hp easy. That would be a win

It will need a 15 speed auto to harness all that twinscroll yummy and a factory installed catchcan might also help.

The ecoboost is a great motor. I personally change the oil every 5000 with 0w40 castrol euro spec to keep her happy during the long cold montana winters and extremely hot summers.
The ecoboost in my 2015 T150 Transit routinely gives me 23-24 mpg on highway at 55 with studded snow tires.
ive seen as high as 27.5 mpg at 55mph during summer.

All with a load that puts me about 500-800 under the capacity of the van.
My 2018 F150 only has 1700 miles but it’s gonna live forever

Ah now come on ! Triple digit heat in Montana ? Maybe in the deep valleys where the humidity is 4% or whatever. I will never forget being in Santa Rosa CA and a bank therm said 118*. I was sitting on the shady side of the street and figgered it was about 83*. The next day my nose was bleeding because it was 8% humidity !!! No fair !!!
