4x4 system lock up

4x4 system lock up
I have a 2011 Ford F-150 SuperCrew cab four-wheel drive when I put it in high range I can move about 2 feet then the whole system locks up the back wheels freeze the front wheels freeze. Checked the IWE solenoid is putting out good vacuum when in 2 wheel drive and shutting it off properly when I go to 4 wheel drive. I used the vacuum gauge check there's no leaking of vacuum through the solenoid when in 4-wheel drive. Could this be a problem with the transfer case any help

Forgot to mention took it to the Ford dealership since they only operate through computer codes they showed no error code so they couldn't do anything Ie they are not mechanics just expensive computer screen readers

Hadn't use 4 wheel drive in a while and when I went to put it in 4-wheel drive went in fine the then wheels locked up had to turn the ignition off wait a few minutes and turn it back on to get it back in 2 wheel drive
