Default 2wd lift. HHHEEEELLLLPPPP!!!

i have a 2005, 2WD f150 with a 6" fabtech lift on it already, but i want to add some height to it without the expense of a body lift. i was thinking about adding a 2.5" coil spacer ontop of the fabtech shocks, and also putting a 5" block on the back axel instead of the 3". can this work, and will it be harmful to my truck?

Thanks for the help!

Personally I do not like blocks. The cheap ones crack and overly long ones allow axle wrap. If you add a spacer to your already lifted kit you will dramatically change the front suspension geometry and may cause damage.

I would do a body lift for additional height. Anything over a 6" suspension lift is going to get into driveline angle problems and get VERY expensive.
