2018 f150 rear sensor is not functioning
So I had an old man tap my bumper with his small car a year or so ago and since then that sensor isn't working properly. Sort of funny since no one was injured and there is just a small mark on my bumper, he hit almost directly on one of the sensors. I was sitting in my truck in the parking spot with it running, not moving, I feel a thump and see this guy backed into my truck from his parking spot. I go over to his car and he claims I backed into him lol, I wasn't even moving. Anyway, he shows me his license, says Korean War Veteran, he's very old and sort of confused. I took his phone number and never really followed up, whatever.
Now that's it's been a bit, I am getting tired of that sensor not working. It's the far, passenger side sensor (one of four) and now I don't always get notified if traffic is coming from that direction.
Where would I get the replacement sensor, my dealership? Are they plug and play? I'm guessing it's pretty easy, just haven't climbed under there yet.
