Default 2018 F150 - Best Type of Leveling Kit

So I'm not too knowledgeable with suspensions and the way that lifts work. I'm looking to install a leveling kit on my new F150. I bought my last F150 used, it was an 05' and already had a 2 1/2" leveling kit on it. The 2 1/2" seems a little high to me and looks a bit higher than the back at times, so I was thinking about doing a 1 1/2" or a 2" instead on the new one.

Would love some feedback on those two options, anyone think 1 1/2" isn't high enough?

Second, since I don't know much about it, can anyone educate me a bit on what type of leveling kit would be best to maintain as good a quality of ride as possible?

Thanks for the help!

Thanks, sounds like a good option. Any loss of ride quality with the adjustable bilsteins? What all would be needed for that to work, shocks only?

Most people say it drives better than OEM.. you will need either a shop or if you choose to do yourself a coil spring compressor to remove the old struts and install the billies.

So the bilsteins are seeming impossible to find right now. I'm looking at an alternative to the bilsteins that seems to have really good reviews and is adjustable from 0"-2.5", fully adjustable in between. Does anyone have any opinion on this version? The bilsteins are preset as to their height adjustments which makes this version seem better as they're fully adjustable.

Well, evidently the guy I spoke with about the Rancho's was mis-informed, the adjustments are for stiffness of ride, not ride height.

I can't find anywhere that has the bilstein's in stock, any suggestions?

Just received the Eibach adjustable struts which look identical to the Bilstein 5100's since the you can't find 5100's right now. Installing this weekend. Comparable price. They were $350 on sale at Autoanything this past weekend for the front struts and rear shocks.
