Hi there, I seem to be having an issue with my push start on my recently purchased 2016 F-150. I'll go out in the morning to start it, and I get nothing as far as the engine goes, just a click. The dash lights etc all light up but the truck won't start. Then, about 15-20 minutes later it will just randomly start. Anyone else have this issue? I've read it could be an anti-theft issue?

 

My 2014 is doing that. You here a click then nothing, but try again and it starts right up. I'm out of warranty on the 18th of this month. Need to call the dealer tomorrow...

 

It's got a push button start?
My nephew went through a similar situation with his '16.

Bad batteries in the "key fob". Went back to the dealer, told him the issue, they replaced them free of charge and off he went.

 

You must mean by push button - remote starter ? I haven't looked at the '16 Fords but I guess they could have a push button and not a turn key.
