2015 Lift - Rancho 4.5"?
Hi All - I'll try to keep this short. I'm buying a 2015 Lariat 4x4 Crew soon and have been contemplating a 6" lift w/ 35" tires. On paper this wouldn't fit in my 7' garage, and I haven't heard from anyone with this setup yet confirming yay or nay.. It would be close.
Thus, looking at other options. I'm pretty stuck on 35" tires. Most 4" kits I find don't say they're able to properly fit 35". I found a 4.5" lift kit from Rancho that does explicitly say 35" is good. Any thoughts/input on the matter? I'm not familiar with the brand (usually I only hear the other big names like BDS, RC, ProComp).
Link to a description of that kit - http://www.gorancho.com/products/sus...-rs66500b.html
Other details, in case they're needed:
20" wheels
12.5" wide
Not trying to have tires flare out too much.. Maybe 1.5-2"
Kit is around $1,700
Thanks!

Any help on this one? Lots of views but no replies Ultimately I either need a 6" lift from a quality brand that is known for not being exactly 6" (a little under would be to my benefit), or I need a slightly shorter lift.
On a related note, there's a Ford dealer near me who has a lifted 2015 on display. They claim the ProComp lift is 6" (and it's sitting on 35*12.5 tires), but by my measurements it is barely 4" taller than stock height, where I'd expect to see 6" + the wheel difference (~2"). So either this lift sags alot or they only put a 4" lift on.
Alternative to the Rancho, I found a 5" Rough Country lift that also OK's 35" tires. http://www.roughcountry.com/ford-sus...it-556-22.html Not sure if there is any actual difference in quality between that & the Rancho for the new F150 design.

ExpresswayFord - Whoa. That's a beauty! I hadn't come across that Skyjacker kit yet (guess it's new, not even on their website). Found it for $1400 by a quick google.. https://www.ntwonline.com/2015-ford-...l#.VQcsfo7F9KI
Noticed the parts image looks bleak compared to other brands. Should I be worried? First truck for me, not sure how SkyJacker compares to the others.

Nope, don't be worried, Skyjacker is one of the best. That image can't be right, the kit we got had a whole lot more pieces than that! Must be a generic image.

Don't listen to this guy, he doesn't know his lifts from his D*ck. Sky CRACKER is just as bad is RC. Their both garbage and i wouldn't put them on my truck if it was FREE!!! Also why the f_ck would you do a lift kit to your 2015 Lariat 4x4 which probably cost you like ummmm 55k+ o.t.d?!? Do you really wanna void your warranty out that bad bro? DUDE you spent your hard earned money on a beautiful truck. I get it, that's the new trend everyone is lifting their trucks for the that awesome look. Your better off doing a level kit and throwing some 35's on the stock wheels. NOW THAT MY FRIEND WOULD BE PIMP STATUS RIGHT THERE.
just spitting my .02 at ya.

OP as Ethan.White said, go with a BDS or rancho if you truly would like to lift your truck for off roading.

2015 f150 with 4.5" rancho
The lift kit is the best One I have had so far.
However.....Rancho claims that 35x12.5x18 with 5.6" backspace will clear...
They do but front crash brace must be removed or tires rub on full lock in reverse.
Removing this piece is easy.
The Rancho product is a few hundred more than BDS, Procomp etc but much better. One piece subframe/crossmember ensures that all stays solid and square.
Height is perfect proportion for 35" tires, 6" creates a ton of space over tire, but no more clearance. From front cab corner.
This is the right product for 35" tires
