2015 F150 Windshield cowl

Do I need to replace soon, or can it wait? And does this come in one piece or two?

Two plastic pieces plus the rubber part(s).
Mines not far behind and I live in the northeast.
I will probably paint a new one before I install it to keep it looking nice longer.
