2015 f150 concept revealed

The revised 2014 GM truck looks like an old school marm in comparison!
And their drivetrains are still WAY behind.
Ford hits another one out of the ballpark. They are on a roll.

I think it looks awesome. And screw convention.

Just saying that that's the reasoning everyone sees Chevy in the headlights. I'm actually surprised they didn't shorten the front for aerodynamics. I personally love the idea of the LED headlights so we'll see if they keep them for the production model.

This thing is sweet!
Even though its only a concept I've read that Ford plans to carry through most design elements into the production model.
Can't wait for more info on this thing as the release date gets closer, looks like once again Ford has kicked GM's butt in styling

What am I missing?
I saw a bunch of pics of Ford's Atlas CONCEPT vehicle, but hardly ANY info on the new '150.
I take it nobody saw the Dodge, GM, or Hummer concept trucks from a few years ago?
The final production version of their 'updated' existing models looked nothing like 'em, nor did they incorporate the 'neat' wheels and big tires, or the space-age controls.
Manufacturer's throw out 'Concept' vehicles as a way to gauge interest in future design language. RARELY does a concept vehicle get to production, and when they have, they were incredibly toned down.
Dodge Concept
ONE of the Hummer concept trucks
One Chevy
Two Chevy
Three Chevy(GMC badging)
You can see from these concept vehicles, design cues(following the particular design language) in some current production models. Sometimes NOTHING makes it. Depends on press and public reaction, and the accounting department.
So does anybody have info on the '15 F150's powertrain, interior, exterior, technology..anything? I've seen the 'it'll weigh 700lbs lighter due to using recycled plastic toothbrushes' articles....anything about the truck as a whole?
