Angry 2015 F150 5th to 3rd gear screech please help

2015 f150 27000 miles 5th to 3rd gear screech dealer already did the additive at 20000 miles, it helped for about a month. Has anyone found a cure for this? I am told that FORD engineering is aware but does not have a solution by my dealer. Has anyone been having this problem?

As you already know this is the thread that discusses your issue. Perhaps you should start two or three more threads about it and see if that helps.

With an attitude like this I wouldn't expect much help from anyone here...

Because engineering can take years, and by the time they come out with a solution there can already be excessive wear in your transmission from the original problem. I thought that this was the point of this forum thing, to show your problem and find people who have had the same issue and see how they resolved it.

I'm pretty sure he said that because you are one of the last people to comment on it and started a new post about the same thing. There also is no need for that attitude. If ford knows about this Issue hopefully they do something about it soon for the folks have thins issue.

So you have a truck under warranty, and want to fix it off the
internet. Possibly voiding the transmission warranty for good?
If this problem causes wear I'm sure the protocol for the fix
will have some sort of inspection for wear.

After FORD has your truck for over 50 days and come up with no answers other than yes, there is a problem, you realize they dont have the answer. Then you go online and see if anyone has found a solution. Tell me why thats a bad thing?? By the time ford comes up with a solution the warranty is probably gone anyway. So far im not impressed with the "warranty"

I don't see them keeping it 50 days. I got a buddy that works at the trans plant.
I gotta call him in the next couple days. see if I can rattle his cage about this
