Default 2014 F150 XLT Console Swap (non flow thru to flow thru console) - Keep Me Honest!

This is my first post, so hopefully I'm not beating a dead horse on this one. I've seen a few articles dance around the topic, but I haven't found the specific answers I'm looking for and hoping someone can keep me honest?!? Or call me crazy, either is fine.

I have a 2014 F150 XLT Crew Cab Short Bed 3.5L EB Console Shifting truck. It has the non flow through center console. I'm looking to swap that out with a flow through console as they look nicer and I'd like to gain the hvac to the back seat of the truck. I've done some research online and it seems this may be possible. With that said, I picked up a console on ebay and tore my truck apart to see what I am up against. The listing said the console is for 2011 - 2014 F150s, but obviously it came from a lariat or something.

My findings/Concerns:
-The back bolt openings of the flow through console line up with the existing bracket holes - no concerns

-The front opening of the console does not line up with the front bracket holes, but other folks seem to be ok with drilling holes into the new console into the existing front bracket holes as a workaround - ANY CONCERNS WITH THIS?

- After taking apart my stereo dash, panels, etc. to expose everything, there is no existing hvac opening to tie into the flow through part of the console to. I guess the other trim levels have a completely different set of hvac guts with an opening to meet the console. I do have some connector pieces I think I could make work, but would require cutting into the hvac plastic to tie it together, and then I would have to seal around the opening/connectors as best as I can. I believe using the floor or front hvac, would shoot some air into the newly formed connection to the back of the console. - This is a call me crazy one, WOULD THAT WORK AND/OR ANY CONCERNS WITH THIS?

-
This is the main one I am unsure about, assuming the other concerns are non issues. My existing console just has the 12V connector at the back of the mounting bracket to tie into the rear cig lighter. The front of the new flow through console has 2 plugs at the front. I assume the bigger one is to tie into the floor shifter, which I won't need. There is a smaller connector that is for the (2) 12V cig lighter connector (one in storage box and one in back of console) and the 110 plug at the back of the console. Since I have to undo the fold out tray to my dash, I have an extra 12V connector, aux and USB. Is there a way to connect all 3 of those connectors to something existing in my XLT? The plug ends do not line up, not sure if there are adapters or an easy way to tie these in?!? - ANY THOUGHTS OR CONCERNS WITH THIS?

Everything else seemed to fit ok (adding the new left/right dash panels and console closure panels), just leaves up a small gap between the stereo housing and the front storage compartment, I could either live with or come up with some sort of filler.

Any knowledge on the subject would be greatly appreciated. I'll post some pics soon to give a better understanding of what I am up against. I am deploying later in the year, so hope to have this figured out before taking off for a bit. Thanks!

Pics for reference:

Front of console and some random brackets I'm not sure what to do with

sorry about the next pics, turned out rough as I was working in a garage, this is my existing XLT mount

this is the current/existing 12V plug at back of non flow thru console

this is the hvac connector piece I have, that connects to front of throw thru console, and the spot where I could potentially cut/connect to for flow through hvac

these are the 2 connectors at the front of the flow thru console and the smaller one is for 12V, but my XLT doesn't appear to have a good way to connect this

did you get all your questions answered?

I am finishing console swap FROM a jump seat. I got cigarette lighters working. Plan to connect HVAC. Last thing would be getting the 2 USBs to work. Did you connect them? How… what cord?
