SLC-Ford

The automatic windows on my 1998 have both become intermittent. Same issue from driver switches or passenger switch, so I am going to figure that the motors and switches are all OK. I can sometimes get the switches to work by pressing just right on Relay #4 in the interior fuse box, below and to the left of the steering wheel. When pressing just right, there is a clicking sound from the fuse panel, and the window switches all work as expected. I have replaced the relay and immediately the same symptoms. Checked several relevant fuses, no burned out fuses. I am guessing that there is a loose solder, wire or other connection on the back of the fuse panel, but find it a bit intimidating to pull that out from the dash to explore. Suggestions? Thanks.
