2013 Rear Shocks Shot?

2013 Rear Shocks Shot?
I'm looking at a used 2013 F150 SuperCrew 5.0L V8, short box, 4x4, ~32,5000 miles on it. Coming from a 2000 3/4 ton Dodge with the Cummins and with heavy duty springs that is stiff af, the ride quality is very different.
Test driving, it seems to me that the truck vibrates and the rear end is "bouncy" and at differing speeds I can actually see the box vibrating in my mirror.
When I put the tailgate down, it is fairly easy and soft to push the rear of the truck down; however, letting go, there is no bounce.
Are the rear shocks shot? I know it is very subjective and I'll try to get another in-person opinion, but to me it seems really soft in the rear-end.
Thanks for any help.

Today I replaced my stock shocks on my 2011 FX4 with 34,000 on it and they were shot. After I took them off I could push them in with one hand and very little effort. I put Bilstein 5100s on. The improvement in ride and handling is dramatic, especially handling.

One of my rear shocks spewed it's oil out around 5000 miles.
