2013 fx4 vibration noise when I shift into park

I can not believe I am just now seeing this! I have been asking my dealership every oil change about this issue, and they have not helped me at all. Who is the Ford Representative right now in this group?

I'm going to revive this old thread since I couldn't definitively find a more recent thread. I recently purchased a used 2013 F150 with the 5.0 that had about 100k miles on it a few months back. While test driving and the first 6 or so weeks of ownership I did not experience this same vibrating noise that many of you have and my symptoms match quite a few that were listed. It has since gotten colder here in WI which may play a part in this. I don't notice it on a cold start since it will usually happen after it has warmed up a bit and put into park. From there I can usually get the noise to happen when going to R and D and back to P. I have also verified the vibration in the trans cooler line.
I have contacted a few dealerships and at least one of them is willing to do the work for TSB 14-0134, but informed me that the TSB is obsolete and some of the parts listed are discontinued. They also would not guarantee the fix unless it was properly diagnosed. Has anyone had any experience with getting this repaired outside of warranty in the past few years? I'm going to assume that this has probably been happening for the previous owner and they never noticed, cared or gave up trying to get it repaired. Does anyone know if this will cause long term damage to the transmission? Since most have noticed this within a few months of ownership and at lower miles I'm not now over 100k. I was given an estimate of approximately $500/labor + parts. I know value is objective, but would it be worth it to get it repaired or just live with the annoyance?
Has anyone who had this fix done 5-7 years ago have any input on if it was a long term fix or if the problem ever came back?

Thanks for the feedback. I'm guessing that this was probably an issue the previous owner had and just never bothered to get it looked at. Now I just need to decide on whether I want to pay for the fix or live with it. It isn't a super loud noise and when I think I can replicate it it's 50/50 on if it happens. While it seems like a relatively straight forward repair on getting valve body off and replacing the plate I'm not brave enough to touch a transmission.

Replicate noise
I had a 2013 that did that. I was more successful replicating noise when I parked on an incline. Bought a 2014 soon after and on the test drive I deliberately parked on several inclines to make sure it didn’t do it. GL

The fix seems relatively straightforward, but not something I want to touch since I'm not brave enough to mess with a transmission. I prefer to end my mechanic abilities at brakes, fluid changes and bolt on replacement parts.
