Welcome and happy to help , as I said I use to see it all the time at my dealer especially after someone got that super duper awesome 3000 point inspection wheel rotation at Wally World etal.
Those goobers just wrap the hell out of the lugs with an air impact and don't have the common sense to use a torque adapter that's likely laying on a bench somewhere.
Hey if you have a great hunt maybe you could swing thru New Orleans on your way home with a back strap? Maybe? Possibly? LOL Have a great trip!

Might want to create a new post so you get more attention to your particular issue, and since I'm already here, the only thing else I can offer is for you to find a competent tech to take a ride in your truck and go from there.

Depends on your perspective, as a dealer tech I saw issues like that on a weekly basis. Ford sends, or they use to, all their techs to schools all over the U.S. for different types of training as should be expected and one of the most interesting courses I went to was NVH. (noise vibration harshness) Took an entire 40hr week to complete.
Which leads me to this question..... Why didn't the dealer he took his truck to have someone certified in NVH and trained to use an EVA (electronic vibration analyzer) to pinpoint the issue?

Need help with vibration problems
I have been fighting with Ford for almost 7 months over a vibration in the rear of my 2013 F150 Super Crew. The tires have been balanced 4 times, road force balanced 2 times and the 2 rear tires replaced and the vibration is still there and are refusing to do anything else and the Ford Engineer says that this is a normal condition. If you are having the same problems that I'm having would you email me at ted1864@aol.com the type of vibration problem, the number of times your truck back to Ford, any repairs that have been done to correct this problem. This is the fourth Ford truck that I have had and the previous three didn't have a vibration problem. Thank you in advance for your help.
