Default 2013 F150 vibration problems...please help diagnose!

Hello all,
Sorry I don't have time to get to know everyone as I should, but i'm taking my brand new 2013 F150 FX4 Screw into the dealer for the 4th time tomorrow morning and I need some help diagnosing my vibration problem.

Summary:
A vibration/chattering between 20-80mph appeared when I upgraded the rims with original tires (flipped). Went back to original rims and tires (reflipped) and vibration still present. Upgraded tires with original rims and vibration still present.

I bought my F150 FX4 Screw in January 2013. It has 7000 miles.
A few weeks ago, I decided to put on some new rims. I had a qualified off road shop put on the new rims while keeping my original tires (Pirelli), but flipping them so the white letters were on the inside.
After installation of new rims, I noticed a vibration/shaking coming from what my brain perceived to be the front left tire at 60+mph.
I took it back to the off road shop, they rebalanced them and I had the same vibration problem. I took it back again, they rebalanced them....still the same vibration problem.
I then returned the new rims (and got my money back) and had them put on the original rims with original Pirelli tires and had them flip the tires back so the white letters were on the outside. The vibration was still there...coming from the front left tire!!!
I then took my brand new truck to Coutryside Ford where I bought the truck and had them road-force balance them....same problem, but the vibration now seemed to be coming from all over the truck.
The dealer seemed to think that by flipping my original tires to white letters inside and driving for 100+ miles that the tires grooved in an odd way and suggested a new set of tires.
So I paid the dealer $1100 to switch from Pirelli to 70,000 mile Michelin tires while keeping the original rims.
The vibration was still there!!!!! I almost puked with disgust.
I took them back in and they found one of the Michelin tires was bad and they replaced it. Road-forced balanced them....and the vibration was still there!
The vibration I feel is in the seat of my pants and almost feels like my back wheels are chattering very rapidly. I can now feel the chattering/vibration in the 20-30mph range on up into the high 70mph range where it gets really bad. I leave this Friday to drive from florida to Illinois for bow deer hunting (2000+ mile roundtrip).
Can anyone help me give a recommended diagnosis to the dealer and point them in the right direction?
I'm desperate to get my old smooth driving truck back that I paid $50,000 for.

Could it be:
- Off road shop damaged something in the undercarriage?
- Driveshaft out of round
- Motor mounts

Please help!!!
Thanks....John

Could possibly be the driveshaft not balanced or a bad u-joint.

Dealer said if it was a driveshaft problem, the vibration would be at 80+mph and much more violent. But they've only checked the wheels so far.
I'll have them check the u-joint.
thank you!

I wonder if the tire shop over torqued the wheels and warped the rotors, that would cause a vibration. Seen it happen quite a few times.

How do I send one specifically to you? Seems that sending a pm just goes to fordservice (in general).

Chumboy,

Just send it to the FordService account. I'm working on here this week while Crystal is out of the office, so I'll see it.

While Ford escalates my problem, does anyone else have an idea about what is wrong?

Rnlcomp,
Thanks so much for your diagnosis.
The dealer checked the rotars and that was the problem.
They machined them and my truck rides like it used to.
Thank you, Thank you!!!
