Has it done and my mileage over the last 1k has actually dropped to 14.2 mostly highway. Any chance it didn't take?

Any chance it could coincide with the winter blend fuel? I've been waiting to have this done because I'm worried it's going to neuter my motor. Notice any power loss?

Just get it done. There's no affect on power either way, your mileage should increase a bit. Winter blend fuel will yield less mileage with or without this update.
