2012 F150 Reverse Lights
 

Can someone tell me how to make the reverse lights come on when I lock and unlock the doors? I would like the reverse lights to come on along with the taillights when locking or unlocking the doors whether by using the vehicle key or keypad. Thanks

You could wire them with the parking lights or side markers, problem would be that no matter what lights you tie them with, the reverse lights would be on too. If you have puddle lights on your mirrors, that might be an option... I don't have them, not sure when they are on, other than when the doors open.

Why do you want this?

Tanked, I mounted LED lights under the truck (near the rear leaf springs) I wired them to the reverse lights. (this really helps the backup camera at night). I also like the way it provides area lighting around the truck. So what I would like to do is have the LEDs come on when I lock and unlock the truck.
