I'm having the same problem, but this is the first I've heard about the condensation problem. My dealer first told me it was a programming issue that Ford is working on, then told me there's an issue with the intercooler. He said if Ford issues an updated intercooler before the warranty runs out, they'll replace it, but if the warranty runs out first, I'm on my own. I think I need a new dealer!

My wife had the shudder yesterday when she was driving home with our son. In heavy traffic she couldn't get it over 60 mph with everyone doing over 70. I drove it this morning and felt like the motor was running without the turbos and shaking violently. I love(d) this truck but am now having serious second thoughts. Will take it to the dealer tomorrow to see what they can do with it.

A pre-existing documented issue before warranty expires (for which there was no repair available) should be covered after warranty expires.
