Thanks for the comments. Yeah I still have the extended Warrantee, which should have covered their first attempt at fixing the truck. Hoping to discuss that if my Customer service rep would contact me.
The best way to explain the problem with the truck is LOSS OF POWER. Basically when I try to pass or accelerate from a stop sign it washes out and looses power. It started getting dangerous so I brought it into the shop. I thought it was just an air filter or something small but its not. They still can't figure it out after all this time.

I'm new here, and am soon posting in the "welcome" section, but wanted to throw in an idea. Not knowing if the problem is intermittent or not, might not matter, but did you install a stereo or do anything way back when this problem started? I ask because sometimes the long screws that shops use to secure amps, or whatever, can sometimes dig into a wiring harness and short wires out or rupture them. This creates very hard to diagnose problems.
The other thing I thought of, and this happened to me when helping a friend with poor acceleration issues, was a partial break in the engine wiring harness suppling voltage to the fuel injectors on a 944 Porsche. I know these are very different vehicles. I found that by running the engine then grabbing the engine harness and moving it around and found the engine died. There was a wire almost broken in two buried in the harness in a curved portion that was susceptible to movement in that area.
Sorry to ramble, but if you had previous work done that could have caused this problem, that information will help the Ford tech find a way to fix your truck.

UPDATE:
Posting here seemed to help me get in contact with the Ford folks. They kindly agreed to cover my rental. I'm still left without a truck though, hopefully they can fix my truck or trade me into something else.

People have suggested getting a lawyer, however I only have my word that the problem started occurring a year ago with the full warrantee.
Important unanswered questions again are:
1. What happens if Ford can't fix the problem?
(Lets start talking about trade in, or other solutions, I can't drive a rental forever. My grandpa had a year old Ford edge that had an unrepairable computer problem, they traded it out for him).
2. Why am I not being reimbursed the $900+ I paid to fix the problem on the first visit? It didn't fix anything.
3. Why did I have to come to a web forum to get my questions answered?

Ford Customer Service
Hi gtminnis,
I don't have the ability to escalate beyond the regional customer service manager (CSM) level; I noticed that your case is still open and you should receive a follow-up call this week. I recommend discussing this with your CSM so they can help.

Hello internet, let me tell you my problems since the Ford Regional Customer Service Manager seems unable to pick up the phone.
Good news I finally got my truck back, turned out to be a bad oil filter, guess I should have taken it to Jiffy lube instead of the Ford Dealership. Would have saved me a thousand dollars and over 2 MONTHS without my truck.
Not sure if these messages do any good if so, Ford please reimburse me for the thousand dollars you charged me to replace parts that didn't need replacing. Don't worry about all the time and aggravation this is causing me, I'll pick that up.
