Default 2010 F150 FX4 Transmission Problem

I have a 2010 F150 with a 6 inch suspension lift with 456 gears and a Hypertech Max Energy. The truck has 3000 miles and all of a sudden it will not shift into gear, no reverse, all forward gears feel like it is in second gear. Dealer said if they need to open the transmission to determine what is wrong it may not be under warranty because of the modifications.

Does anyone have any experience with something like this? Any input appreciated.

Did your dealer install the lift ? If they did, it should be under warranty.

It's a tough call i spoke to my dealer today about getting new gears put in. They said if I went through them and got the ford ring and pinion than my drivetrain would still be under warranty. Even though I already have a 6" lift installed not by them. If they can prove a non-ford part caused the failure than it wouldn't be covered under warranty.

I would also put the programming back to stock before you take it in to them.
