My in laws have an 09 F-150 and my mother in law started the truck in the morning with a key, went back inside the house, locked the truck with a different key fab, and when she went back outside the truck was off. She opened the truck using the door code and noticed the red car/ light was on. The truck would not start for he after that. She tried both keys and same thing. What does she need to do to fix this problem? thanks
