Which brand or part number should I get for these. Same goes for tools.

phaser holding tool
Torque wrench for putting it all back together

not sure if that’s what I’m looking for and aren’t all of rock autos parts used ??? Also I was looking for brand recommendations with exact prices not a link to another forum where it’s not telling me anything about what I asked. I’m obviously already to the point of buying parts and all that, I’ve done research on the task at hand. Not looking for how tos, looking for brand recommendations, a site and price amounts to compare. I don’t trust Amazon after ordering a genuine ford part that ended up being from china. I don’t want used parts, I just want recommendations and price amounts… please and thanks!!! In fact, I pretty much have the parts figured out as to where I’m buying them from but just looking for what impact to use on the water pump because fordmacoloco doesn’t reference the size he uses and a possible link to a harmonic balancer/crankshaft puller for the 5.4.

My main concern with Rock auto was if I was to buy a timing kit through them and it wasn’t under a warranty in comparison to buying it through autozone for example. It’s something I only want to buy and install once. Not trying to chew anyone out here I’m frustrated and ready to get this thing drivable again if at all possible.

Interesting thread I've begun to follow here. I've used Rock Auto and Amazon, never yet gotten used parts .... but with Amazon, some stuff is from China. When ordering from Rock Auto, they will even show you in the checkout which of the warehouses it's shipped from. You can also select shipper.

Rockauto is all new parts, my suggestion is to only use OEM. What I posted was a sticky, those are for highly sought after information in each sub forum, to help new members so they don't have to ask the same question that's been answered 100's of times. We aren't going to spoon feed you......

Well I’ve gotten this far without you spoon feeding me lmao… also found which part broke off into my oil pan. I think my phasers are bad but I’m not an expert this is the first car I’ve worked on to this degree and going at a snails pace trying to get it right the first time.
