I have a 2003 ford fx4 and going to need new front shocks. I was thinking of getting a small lift for the hell of it (<3") and curious about what are my best options? Looking towards Bilsteins...

what will hold or improve payload capacity? (Front and rear shocks or rear leaf springs??)
