Any recommendations for a supercharger for my ford boss 5.4? Any brands would be helpful. Also is this something that I could do myself or need a mechanic to do? Looking forward to responses. Thanks.

I love the procharger p1sc. I had one on a 99 5.4 built motor .. 4X4 on 6 inch lift an 35's there wasn't much in town that would hold it off.. When you get the kit it's the whole kit. Easily installed by the diy person

Thanks for the information. How much more horsepower will it give me on my 5.4? I am really trying to get some huge gains in horsepower. I want the truck to be fast as can be. I know that ultimately I should just replace the engine but just wondering if this is cheaper.

No prob. Yeah they claim 60-65% more power. I know on a built motor with 9 pounds and a street tune mine put down 436 to the wheels.

No offense or anything with asking... but does the 5.4 in the boss have any performance gains? I've been told it's just a body kit and drop on the shortbed 97-whenever

you forgot the tannau cover lol i think they just put the mustang engine in it but it still looks sweet and just 500 ever made that's rare for you
