Default 92 5.0 cranks but won't start

Hey guys I have a 92 flare side f150 with a no start issue I have checked and made sure I have spark and my fuel pressure is at about 20 psi. What other avenues do I have to explore

Two checks is barely scratching the surface of diagnosis, and what you've told us about the truck barely scratches that surface. Click this, read the caption, and put all its details into your signature:

Pics of the outside of the truck are interesting, but pics of the engine, gauges with the key in RUN, fuel tanks, & fuel lines might be more useful in addressing this issue. Put the front pic in your profile as your avatar.

20psi is about half what it should be. Click this, read the caption, and the NEXT several:

If you plan to keep & drive this truck, you need the Haynes manual, and you need to read it cover-to-cover at least once:

Here's what I know about my truck so far pardon if I don't have all the answers. I will add to my signature
It's a 92 f150 regular cab short bed flare side with a 5.0.efi motor I believe it has an aod transmission and 4.10 gears it's on 35x12.5x16r tries it has almost 300k on the odometer and has a true mileage unknown on the title. I will upload more pictures later on when I get off work

20 psi of fuel pressure is the first problem you need to solve. It should be almost double that. 35-40-ish. When was the last time the fuel filter was changed?

Im not sure I have not changed it since I've owned it. It's something I'm planning on replacing while figuring out this no start issue. But is 20 psi really low enough to cause a no start issue

Yes. An engine in otherwise-good condition can run at 20psi, or even lower. I've driven (slowly) around 12psi. But if you want to diagnose this issue, you have to eliminate obvious problems, like low fuel pressure.

Are there other avenues to check I know fuel pressure is an obvious issue that needs to be addressed. But what else can I check to minimize the back and forth to a parts store. It was running the day prior. I got home from work went to start it the next day for work and it just cranked.

I'd focus on the one problem right now, as you can't really be sure there are any other problems until you fix that one. You have low fuel pressure. It could be because of a failing pump or FDM, a clogged fuel filter, a failing fuel pressure regulator, etc. You can eliminate the fuel filter as the issue by replacing it - its a $10 part that should be replaced anyways if you don't know when it was last replaced. You can eliminate the fuel pressure regulator by pulling the vacuum line off of it while measuring pressure. If the FPR is bad the pressure should climb with removal of the vacuum line. The vacuum line will probably also have fuel in it.

You can also always verify it is ONLY a fuel problem by shooting starter fluid into the intake to verify it will fire. If it doesn't, you have a spark problem on top of your fuel problem.

The issue indeed up being the coil. I thought I had spark but either my eyes were playing tricks on me or it wasn't enough spark. Fuel filter got my fuel pressure from 20 to about 32 psi
