Default 2" Leveling kit on my '04

I have been looking around the wonderful interweb for a 2" leveling kit for my 04 scab 4x4. I have seen everything from a $40 set up to a $290 set. All I want is something that is reasonably priced, but is not junk. Any help will be much appreciated. I am a brand new member to the site and I'm still trying to figure everything out. Thanks

I recently installed a 2" leveling kit on my 2011 F-150, I used a MotoFab leveling kit, works great. http://www.ebay.com/itm/2004-2014-Ford-F150-2-Front-Leveling-Lift-Kit-2004-2006-2009-2010-2WD-and-4WD-/231356393817?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&hash=item35ddea6959&vxp=mtr

Autospring and Hell Bent Steel are both really good if you are looking for a strut spacer type level. Bilstein 5100's and Rancho QuickLifts will replace the front strut assembly and are a bit more expensive but the ride quality is so much better IMHO

Do the Bilsteins and the Rancho kits come with the spacer block also, or is it just the shock replacement which will in turn give me the 2" lift in the front ?
