2.5in Level Kit Grinding?

2.5in Level Kit Grinding?
I have a 2018 F-150 XLT.
I had a 2.5in spacer installed in the front to level. Front end looks almost like it is higher than the back and I am hearing a grinding noise in the steering column when turning.
The shop says there was nothing they could do about the grinding noise... What do I do? It's a beautiful truck and I don't even mind it sitting how it sits, but this grinding noise is not something I want to deal with.
Anyone had similar luck and have a good solution?
-Thanks in advance!

Post photos of your UCA angles. Are there any contact marks on the coil?

It probably is... There's a 2'' rake difference between the front and the rear. 2.5'' seems a little high to me.
Turn until you hear the grinding and stop. Get off the truck and visually inspect it.
Also, do you have the new alignment specs? Make sure they are all within OEM range.
