Default 2010 f150 4.6L 2V question

Hey everyone,

I was just curious if anyone knows if the edge programmer for the 4.6l 3V will work with my 2V? Also, i havent been able to find any CAI for the 2V. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Thanks!

Plug in both vehicles years and motors on Edge's website and see if the part #'s match. I highly doubt it.

Lightbulb

ajg32789 ... Also, i havent been able to find any CAI for the 2V.
OEM, stock .....
  • already CAI.
    .
  • CFM exceeds engine requirements/needs. *UNLESS über engine modifications are done.
    .
  • any increase in air flow comes at the expense of filtration.
    .
  • no contaminating the MAF sensor with oil. *Which reduces performance and MPG.
    .
  • Motorcraft, OEM air filters ...
    • meets|exceeds engine air intake CFM requirements.
    • good for 30,000+ miles (depending upon conditions).
    • ABSOLUTELY NO possibility of MAF sensor oil contamination.
    • dispose and replace maintenance.
    .
  • there are NO performance and/or MPG gains with aftermarket air intake systems. *If you're looking for performance and/or possible MPG gains, put your $$$$$ towards a tuner+tune(s).

Otherwise - Get an aftermarket air intake ...
  • for the engine bay cosmetics.
    .
  • for the increase in growl.
Do it for any other reason and you're wasting your $$$$$
.

HINT/TIP: You'll find posting in the
Late Model F150s > 2009 - 2014 Ford F150
section more helpful/appropriate than General F150 Discussion posts.
