engaging 4x4
i recently bought my third ford truck this one still has manual 4 whell drive and it seems to click into 4 hi fine but i cant get it to go into 4 low and i dont wanna possibly damage my t case just pullin on it any suggestions ?

Put the truck in nutreal... Let it just barely be rolling... On the 4wd shifter you have to push the **** down.. while pulling back... Thats how my 93 f250 is... If you dont use 4low alot that **** can be a pain in the *** to get free'd up.

ok thanks ill try that the linkage might need some greasing
