The A/C in my 2007 for f150 went out. i have taken it to the shop 3 times and they have put dye in it and checked it out but they can not find a leak anywhere. They are not sure where the freon is leaking from. Has this happened to anyone else, what could it be?

how fast does it leak down. If not to fast they make a stop leak for the ac

could be the compressor leaking internally

If they haven't found the leak I would be taking it some where else other wise something else wouldn't be working. Had the same issue spent 900 bucks on a ac rebuild kit replacing compressor " which turned out to be the leak".
