I have a 06 F150 72000 just had the tran flushed, oil changed filter to. The works.When the ford dealership did the job they had a spark plug brake during extraction so they fixed it and I picked it up drove off the lot and drove a mile and bucking and light check engine light flashing. I brought it back and they say it's a miss firing of a plug so they fix again and I drive away fine then I notice a month later ticking sound which was doing it before was louder sluggish when I give it gas not all the time weird is it a coil,gas filter,cam,fuel injection?

This is a stupid question, but did you replace the fuel filter? What mods do you have? Also have an 03 f250 with 270,000 km on it and the sluggishness was from poor timing, the spark plugs needing to be replaced, poor fuel/ air flow ratio, and an exhaust leak on the drivers side (which was the god awful tick, that can't be fixed). This is just what I found, it could be any one of those
