Had a HARD downshift while 1000 miles from home. (6th to 1st). Very scary, rear end locking up, red lined. Went to the dealer and he wanted to replace the $2000 worth of harness and could not say that it would fix the problem. Couldn't trust it anymore with my family in it or defiantly not for towing. Drove 1200 miles very nervously and traded it in like a hot potato. I love Ford but that truck was going to be trouble. Got my 2013 F-250 6.2 Lariat for $500 less than I paid for my 2010 F-150 Lariat. What a difference. The 250s a big boy truck.

Gotta love super duty's. I have a mega regular-cab fetish and that truck looks awesome. Seems the super duty is the only way you can get low gear ratios, a big v8 and 4 wheel drive not to mention you can get some options as well. Love your truck, currently looking for an f250 of that style with a 6.2 for myself.
