OMG - I thought this was the F150 site. I feel so cheated!!
I will admit...I was at the loco (intentionally mispelled) Ford dealer a few weeks ago. They had an 08 SuperDuty 4x4 crew cab Lariat that was to die for....$55k though....I'm not ready to die just yet.

Mr. J. Bauer
My brother has a 2006 F-250 Lariat with a 6.0 that is just awesome. He had a 1997 F-250 XLT with a 7.3 and a 5 speed which personally I would take in a heartbeat. I have to admit if I had use for a truck that size I would love to own one.

My 2006 F-350 is a great truck. I had a 2003 F-350 that had the 6.0L in it. It had problems that Ford couldn't or didn't want to fix so it became a "reaqquired vehicle" under Washington State Lemon Law. As a result I got a 2004 F-350 which had a whole different set of issues with the 6.0L. It also was bought back by Ford and in exchange I got the 2006.

08 6.4 Crew now roaming around Canada
I purchased an 08 F250, 6.4 with all the goodies last summer, did little research before doing so. Traded in an 05 F150 Crew. Drove the 08 until January and learned alot in between, no thanks! Sold it to a Canadian and bought an 08 F150 Crew/5.4 auto (FFV). Love burning ethanol at $ 2.00 a gallon less than diesel. Don't have to take the cab off to work on the engine, no more 15 quart oil changes, no more regeneration, no more high dollar filters, no more suppliment, pulls the same trailer at the same fuel mileage. Oh it looked good but was also the highest cost per mile vehicle on the road.

what do you mean have use for it? why not, they get better fuel mileage and last longer?

Dont knock it till you have seen it.Custom high flow intake with free flow duel exhaust, power programer, remapped fuel system with upgraded injectors and that all for now.im looking to install a supercharger at the end of the year adding another 175HP...Im looking to be at around 500 with 5-8 psi boost.wana compare engines look up what a viper v10 is doing and you can do almost the same to a Ford version.less cam and heads as far as I know.......
