Default Sync3 will not Reset

I recently traded in my F150 due to some issues with getting parts till December or later. I ended up with a nice 2018 F250 which I thought would be nicer for pulling my camper. I have an AudioControl LC7i, FOR-11CK wiring harness and Pioneer amp that I meant to put in the F150 but never got around to it. So I decided to put in my new truck and got everything connected up and went to test that the LC7i came on. It didn't come on and I noticed that I was getting Audio Off. I decided to unhook the new wiring and go back to the original connections. I continued to get get the Audio Off. Here is what I have tried so far:

1. Pull the fuses for both the radio and the sync3 display with battery connected
2. Disconnected the battery again (it was disconnected for the wiring run to the LC7i)
3. Soft Reset
4. Master Reset
5. Hard Reset (unplugging and plugging the connection back in).
6. Plugged the center speaker back in to see if it was possibly pinging that to determine if there were speakers connected.

The only thing I have not done is downloaded forscan on my new computer and looked to see if I could determine anything. The one thing I did notice was that I saw bare wire from one of the plugs on a black "tape" wrapped wire into the main plug. It seems to still be plugged in from what I can tell and not sure how to get the pin out to possibly push it back in to make sure it connected right. I have read that the FOR-11CK can also sometimes be mis-wired and worried something may have caused an issue. Anyone have any thoughts on this?

Oh, I also tried putting a CD in but the CD Player is non-responsive. Also, sometimes instead of Audio Off, I get a "Loading" screen that spins forever.

Default And I feel like an idiot

It hit me after thinking about the CD not working was that there was no power going to the radio part. In the end it was the fuse to the radio. I looked at it briefly when I pulled it out of the fuse panel but the fuses are so small it is hard to check. I should have checked it closer.
