Default Part Identification Help

I took delivery, in semi-darkness, of a new 2019 F350 Super Duty that came equipped from the factory with the 5th wheel hitch prep package. Upon daylight inspection the following morning, I realized the issue exhibited in the attached picture...The factory 7-pin socket and mounting plate that should have been on the bed sidewall as part of the prep package were missing from the vehicle. My salesman ordered what he though was the appropriate part. Today, I went in to have the issue corrected and we realized the part was not correct. The bolt pattern on the Ford replacement part he obtained ran east to west where the pattern in my truck bed is north to south. There was no way the item could be rotated to line up with the existing bolt holes in the bed. After consulting with the parts manager, he determined that my salesman ordered the incorrect item - he ordered a combo 7 pin/4 pin assembly, where I simply needed the 7 pin. The parts manager determined they had the item in stock, which I found surprising. My surprise was for good reason, as once we examined it at the parts counter, we realized it was simply a standard bumper mount 7 pin connector.

Ultimately we chatted with a staff member from the 'custom shop' at the dealer. He stated that this issue sounded familiar and that he believed a standard Ford accessory item will not fit the bill in this application since the 7-pin was added at vehicle build at the factory. He stated that the replacement part would need to be specifically identified as being for a 'factory' install. The custom shop/salesman are checking further, but you know how that goes.

Can anyone shine a light on this, or actually provide me with the appropriate Ford part number that the dealer would need to order? I have been doing some looking online and have yet to find a part that fits the bill.

Pull one off another truck on lot to make yours right...or to get the part number.

You more than likely have the trailer camera/Trailer TPMS option and will need the appropriate socket which will have the plug for the 7 pin as well as the TPMS and rear camera plugs.

I believe the above is the after factory one, Here is a Factory installed one, the picture is off 90*, but you can see the bolt orientation is correct to your trucks opening.

Actually now that I look at it, the first one is correct but was installed by a DIY and cut the opening vertical, as I believe the first one is the correct one, just that it was installed vertical and should be horizontal.

yep that is the one....I Googled related images until I found the correct shape and bolt pattern and then tracked down the Ford part number from there. Good thing, as the dealership parts department was clueless. To their credit they did have it overnighted after I got them the number.
