Reading on other forums where it looks like order banks are opening up, anyone here place an order

 

according to Vulnox, B&P usually comes out 2 weeks after the order guide.
So October 1st is the day orders will begin and when you will be able to configure one on the website is my assumption.

 

I was able to place order last night. I don't know if the dealership is holding that until October 1st or if they're submitting now, but nothing was said to me.

 

thats odd, i just talked to my dealer ship and he told me that the order bank isn't open yet, and he would inform me when it opens. I'm waiting to place my order. So my assumption would be they are waiting till order banks open and then place the order.

 

Got my confirmation this morning from Ford Corporate.

BUT

It was for the wrong truck. I originally speced out a Lariat last week. Went home to ruminate price. Went back last night with wife to finalize the order. We decided on an XLT, signed an order sheet that says XLT. The price agreement I signed said XLT and priced for XLT. The confirmation I got was for the Lariat. Meh.

 

I ordered on September 30th. Was told 3 to 6 months, with emphasis likely on the back end of that estimate.

 

Anybody got the order confirmation e-mail yet?

 

Yes, I got an email from Ford the same day I ordered, saying it was confirmed.

 

I got my Order Accepted E-mail from Ford 2 hours after I left the dealership. To get into the Ford Customer Order Incentive Plan you have to “place an order with a dealer, put down a deposit and give them a copy of your drivers lic”. Ford is trying to make good on customers orders who didn’t get their 2021 orders.
