I got my mud flaps ford wanted $800 I went throw custom trucks for $250 haven't put them on yet just chepos on it now also have cab clearance lights being installed next week. I plan on a bed liner and tonne cover with a custom built slip tank/ tool box also having custom fabricated bed rail caps made from aluminum also plan to line ex them now I was thinking about doing the bumpers and the tow tone style look on my truck in line ex I do about 80kph on logging roads seen many rigs with no paint left. also have a radio vhf/fm icom on order I believe 5160 its 512 channels does all of b.c and AB roads

money not really a issue at this point just a matter of waiting a extra month or not.

It all depends on what you want the truck to look like.

If I was in your shoes I would take that 8K and do the following.

*35X12.50R20 Toyo Open Country M/Ts
*Tint
*Recon Smoked Clearance Lights and Mirror Blinker
*Replace Door Speakers
*Coil Leveling Kit with Adjustable Track Bar
*Fox Shocks
*Rize or OUO Traction Bars
*Deleted Stripper Pole and LineX bed
*Anderson Adjustable Hitch
*Filter Back Exhaust (To get rid of the dual tips and once your ready to tune, your exhaust is half way done already)

stripper pole actually got beat up and broke already apparently hauling lifter rams around for a D8T can leave a mark

well I ordered all 4 new door runs yesterday that was $700 line ex is over 2 months away but got all mu custom bed parts being built asap . how does one remove the stripper pole haven't had time to really look at it yet. I have decided against line ex the rocker panels and not going to do fender flares I am holding off on my tires but plan on 35 area its close to $3000 since ill up grade my spare to plane to roll with these stock tires for another month or two.
I know the prep work is a bitch but any one use dupli-color bed armor truck bed liner kit I was considering about trying it or target bed liner that's the only way I can get it done asap

hopefully ill get Sunday off work and get this truck started I got cab lights door runs and I got a extra lighting kit hid kit for heavy equipment to install I wont go hid in factory wiring since they burn up the wires quick. I also looked into def. deletes the dot will take your truck so no engine mods...............yet maybe after its paid off. also found the HD mud flaps don't hold well with the self taping screws so I picked up stainless steel bolts and nylock nuts.
I'm trying to get rid of my dee zee tool box I figure $100 its bran new paid $600 but getting a custom slip tank and tool box built for it. going to wait for line-x for a bed liner haven't decided if ill get the kicker panels done yet. I still don't know if I should lift it or just get bigger tires it all ready has the 2 inch leveling kit

got my cab lights on used window glue / sealant and got my hid light bars on just got to figure out the wiring throw the fire wall I ran it throw the drivers door front fender.
the cab lights have a awesome seal the they didn't sit as well as id like but after looking at the factory cab lights on another truck they all seem to have a really small gap. ill be taking it into a body shop next month to have a few real minor dents removed and a good buff and wax. rims and tires wont be hear tell sept 15
