I bought a 2" lift from a buddy at work. It only has the front springs and lift blocks. What im need to know is how long I need to have the U-bolts made and do I need to have new new ones made for the front rear end. And if theres anything im missing let me know

Take it to a shop with mechanics. We can't really tell you without looking at it and yeah, you're going to get some made if they didn't come with the kit.
