Default Lower Step Bars/Running Boards

I am looking to buy an F250 for more RV towing capacity but my wife has had hip replacement and has trouble getting into my F150 because of the height of the running boards. We demoed an F250 4x4 and the height of the step bar was higher than the F150. Is there a running board/step bar that extends lower than the standard factory version? Thanks in advance.

New or used F250? If used, you can buy the AMP Research powered running boards. They are high quality and extend several inches below the factory height. If you buy a new Platinum, they come with them. I'm not sure if they can be added to other trim levels new.

I’m looking for longer brackets or adapter to drop mine about 2 in below where it is now at bottom of door. Compare f150 to most f250 with rails dropped about 3 in below bottom of doors
