Heres my 01 f350 lariat 7.3, dp tuner 60 econo, 80 towing, 120 racing, 3.5 inch level on 315 75 16s, 4 inch turbo back straight pipe to 5 inch black turndown. lots of lights, and 06+ harley headlight converison.

He is a welder so wants a flat bed and put his welder on that but other than that just performance and maybe a beefy bumper?

Ranch hand bumper, h&s or Spartan tuner, delete the dpf and egr coolers, s&b intake will net you around 550-600 HP on big tunes
