A used gt500 may cost more then than it does now due to Mr Shelby passing away.

Either way I don't have money for one now, so it's not like I could buy one right now anyway lol.

I'm thinking of buying one next summer once my OT is back.

Heres my baby! Just got done rebuilding the engine last week. Had 177k miles of no issues at all until my driver side up pipe blew. I figured since I had to take the cab off, I might as well do it once. So I decided to build a new engine for more power and reliability. Hopefully after a week or two of break in driving I'll hit the dyno. Should be able to hit 750whp pretty easily.

That's the exact truck I want for a race truck.

I toyed with the idea of a seperate race truck... then I realized it would be alot more fun to make my DD into a somewhat race truck! Haha I cant wait to really get on it after the break in period. I've been running the HS HD300 tuning but have been doing alot of messing around with the MCC so thats got me even more excited.

I agree. A 1000+hp DD race truck is what I would go for.

I wish I could have done the 1000hp! Pretty sure my tramsmission would have been pretty pissed off at me though. I'm gonna be looking into adding a second HPFP and possibly upgrading the turbos in the future, I've got the tow powers on it now, maybe tow power X's in the future? Dont know yet, I'm just excited to start driving my truck again at this point. It sounds terrible, but Ive been driving a 2013 powerstroke for the last week while I've worked on my truck..... and I cant stand the thing! New trucks are nice, but I'll keep my 6.4l alive for a long time after driving the new one! lol

got elites 60hp nozzles on a fresh set of oem injectors, fresh oem HPFP, ADII with upgrade kit. with the new hpfp, thats why i was saying about adding a second in the future as both of them would be brand new at practically the same time. only thing i didnt do was the ported rails as i was worried about keeping RP for now with just one oem hpfp
