Alright guys, my brother has a 08 f 250 with the 6.4, he wants an exhaust but it has the after burner thingy. Is it safe to strait pipe it? Dose he need some kind of steel where the after burner gets so hot? He said he don't wanta put a chip in it and get rid of the after burner, because they are harder to trade with out that burner thing.. Idk it just sounds to me like he don't have the money.. Hard to tell, but e put me up to doing the research on it. He is wanting 6 inch pipe, and suggestions?

Just replace the after burnet with one from an f-16 fighter jet and it will work really good

Don't forget the flux capaciter

Just run a straight pipe from the DPF back. I don't think there's any sensors past the DPF.
