I have a 2003 F350 6.0 with 109k miles. Just replaced my FICM and all eight injectors, and now get 23mpg unloaded, driving 68mph highway for long stretches. Haven't towed the fiver yet with the new parts. Will update when I get that data.

Best gas mileage on the planet (since it uses no gas)! Sorry, couldn't resist.

I've got a '12 F350 crew LWB SRW 4x4. I get around 17-19 daily driving (about 8 miles to work). Unloaded get around 21 at 70 mph. Also get around 11-12 mpg pulling our 37' fifth wheel at 70mph. Side note mine has had DEF system deleted.

Are y'all hand-calculating or using the lie-meter?

My "gallons used" matches my gallons pumped within a tenth roughly so normally I don't hand calculate. It's pretty accurate.

I was hoping no one pointed this out yet I wanted to do it myself. It's more like no gas mileage you put gas in a diesel tank and it's not going to end up well
