Found a 1992 7.3, should I buy ?

Hi guys, I came across a single cab f250 lifted six inches on 37's with a 7.3 non turbo.

What's to look out for on these ?

I was thinking of putting a turbo system on it as well...input please.

i would get it if i were u and as far as i know its prety simple to put a turbo on it all u need is the intake and turbo
