What does the manual call for? They are available online for free. I would stick with motocraft fluids.

yellow coolant- guess I will just suck it up and get motorcraft. I did for the oil. Store did not have any and the advice was this will work. Left me questioning the advice.

It may work but I don't like mixing fluids. You can order the coolant off amazon if you can't find it locally.
