F250 Pricing Help
Absolutely a sellers market. Low supply as another poster stated is likely the biggest reason.
I am used to seeing $2k+ plus zero percent for 60, or less than 2% for 72 months interest, when it’s time to buy a new truck. So my old one keeps sitting in the driveway. I have wanted a new truck for a year. Deals are not to be had.
Still kicking myself for not buying an Expedition last Jan. $7500 rebate plus z-plan and zero percent for 72 months.

Discounted loan programs, like zero percent for 60 months or low interest for 72 months almost always have a cost - i.e. a reduced rebate from Ford Credit. It's often better to take the unsubsidized rate, which will likely exceed 5 or even 6%, and then refinance immediately (i.e. the following week) with a credit union like PenFed. PenFed's rates are currently 2.14% for 36 months, 2.74% for 48 months, 2.89% for 60 months, and 2.99% for 72 months.
got a 50K truck down below 44K and still got 24K trade. I am a happy man but always feel like you could have done better.

This is so right. I did not realize that at first. I ran the numbers and it was significantly better for me to take the incentives and finance through regular Ford Credit instead of taking the .9% they were offering at the time (and then refinance with my credit union a month later)

The $7500 plus Z-Plan, plus zero percent for 72 months that they were offering was the best I could find. Rebate was $7750 without the special financing. That was for an Expedition.
Was almost too good to pass up but I need a truck. Looking at Superduty for my next truck, but not for a $250 rebate. I will keep driving my old truck.
